Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem have announced the arrival of South African midfielder Thulani Serero on a three-year deal, subject to a medical. Vitesse confirmed on their official Instagram page that the 27-year-old will undergo a medical today ahead of a free transfer once his contract with Ajax Amserdam expires at the end of June. Serero has been out of favour at Ajax in the past two seasons and only played five times for the under-21 team this past season. He was not called up to the recent Bafana Bafana squad that beat Nigeria in a 2019 African Nationa Cup qualifier in Uyo.
