The 27-year old has 47 career goals for clubs in the Netherlands, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, adding 39 assists. The Crew will enter Saturday's home game against Montreal at 5-14-3 (18 points) and in 11th place in the Eastern Conference, 11 points off the playoff cutline.
