Jeremy Mathieu is the only player missing from the Barcelona squad which has travelled to Qatar for Tuesday's friendly match against Al-Ahli.
Mathieu has been sidelined since the end of October with a calf injury. He was due back after the November international break, but suffered a relapse and is unlikely to feature again this calendar year.
Barca's other players, including Neymar, who has been struggling with a knock since the Clasico draw with Real Madrid, boarded the plane for Doha after Monday's Champions League draw, which saw the Spanish side paired with Paris Saint-Germain.
Carles Alena and Borja Lopez, who both play for Barca B, have also been named in Luis Enrique's 23-man squad.
Barca's trip to the Middle East is part of the agreement they signed with their principle sponsor Qatar Airways, which will be replaced by Japanese company Rakuten at the end of the season.
Doha's Thani bin Jassim Stadium will host the match which follows the Catalan side's 3-0 win against Osasuna -- which ended a run of three straight draws in La Liga -- and before Sunday's derby against Espanyol at Camp Nou.
The fixture had been scheduled to take place earlier this year, but was officially scrapped as the final of the L'Emir Cup and different games in the local league were scheduled for the same day back in May.
However, there were also reports in newspaper Diario Sport at the time that several Barca players were not keen to play the game ahead of their summer commitments with their national teams.
With no Champions League or Copa del Rey commitments this midweek, though, the Blaugrana will take on Al-Ahli, who won the Saudi Professional League last season.
Managed by former Tottenham Hotspur, Basel and Stuttgart coach Christian Gross, their squad is largely made up of local players, with Greece international Giannis Fetfatzidis and Brazilian Luiz Carlos two of the four non-Saudi players.
Barca's first team have been given Wednesday and Thursday off following the game and will return to training on Friday ahead of this weekend's Catalan derby, which is their final league game match the Christmas break.
The second leg of their Copa del Rey tie against Hercules, at Camp Nou on Dec. 21, will then be their final match of 2016.
