UEFA Nations League sets €76.25 million prize fund; winner earns €7.5m

UEFA has created a €76.25 million prize fund for the inaugural Nations League with the first champion set to earn €7.5m.

The Nations League is replacing most international friendlies. All 55 UEFA members will play group matches in four tiers through November and the Final Four will be in June 2019.

The 12 top-ranked teams in League A will each get €1.5m. Group winners will get €1.5m extra and advance to the final tournament, and the winner will get another €4.5m.

League B will pay €1m per team, while teams in League C will earn €750,000 and in League D will earn €500,000. Group winners will double their money.
