The eight biggest questions facing the 2021 NCAA men's basketball tournament selection committee

Selection Sunday has never sounded so sweet.

After losing one of the best days on the sports calendar because of the coronavirus pandemic last year, we've just about made it. Twenty-four months since the last time we filled out a 68-team bracket, it's almost time to do it again.

But not quite yet.

The selection committee is dealing with all its usual conundrums about seeding and the final teams in and out, but this time, the still-prevalent coronavirus will be an X factor when it comes to some decisions in the committee room.

There are still difficult questions to answer; here are some of the biggest:
