ATLANTA -- Kane Williams had 17 points off the bench to carry Georgia State to an 83-70 win over Arkansas-Little Rock on Saturday.

Nelson Phillips had 14 points for Georgia State (21-9, 12-5 Sun Belt Conference), which earned its sixth consecutive home victory. Jeff Thomas added 14 points. Devin Mitchell had 13 points for the home team.
