Wyoming forward Larry Nance Jr., who had missed the past four games with a mild case of mononucleosis, will return for Wednesday's game against Fresno State.
The Cowboys (21-6, 10-4) were 2-2 without Nance, the son of three-time NBA All-Star Larry Nance.
Nance, a candidate for Mountain West Conference player of the year, leads the team with 16.3 points per game and averages 7.2 rebounds.
