DUNEDIN, Fla. (AP) _ Eric Milton struck out 10 batters in six innings, including Raul Mondesi three times, as the Minnesota Twins beat the Toronto Blue Jays 6-4 on Saturday.

``I felt fine today,'' Milton said. ``What was encouraging for me is the six innings. I felt strong and could have kept going.''

Mondesi was ejected in the sixth for arguing a called third strike.

Milton allowed four hits, including solo homers allowed to Brad Fullmer and Jose Cruz.

``He has good stuff,'' Fullmer said. ``I had to battle him out there.''

Fullmer, who went 3-4 with three RBIs, also hit a two-run homer off Hector Carrasco in the ninth.

Corey Koskie hit a two-run homer in the second off loser Frank Castillo. Castillo allowed two runs on two hits in five innings.

Matt LeCroy, looking to earn Minnesota's starting catching job, went 3-for-4 and scored twice.

Notes: David Wells will start for Double-A Tennessee on Sunday vs. Triple-A Syracuse. Wells was originally scheduled to pitch in Baseball City against the Royals but since Wells is the Blue Jays opening day starter in Toronto against the Royals, manager Jim Fregosi doesn't want the Royals to get a look at his ace. ... OF Shannon Stewart is still listed as day-to-day with a tender left heal.
