Raptors' Delon Wright expected to miss month with dislocated shoulder

Toronto Raptors guard Delon Wright is expected to miss a month with a dislocated right shoulder, league sources tell ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Wright was injured in the second quarter of last week's victory over the New Orleans Pelicans.

The team said Wednesday that Wright visited Dr. Riley Williams at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, and it was decided that Wright does not need surgery on the shoulder at this time.

Wright missed the first four months of last season after undergoing surgery on the same shoulder.

Wright is averaging 7.6 points and 20.9 minutes this season as the primary backup to starting point guard Kyle Lowry.
