The Charlotte Hornets said Nicolas Batum traveled with the team to Cleveland and is listed as questionable for Friday night's game against the Cavaliers.
Batum has an ulnar nerve contusion in his left elbow, the team said.
He missed the second half of Charlotte's 129-124 overtime win against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old swingman also missed the Hornets' first 12 games of the season with a torn ligament in the same elbow.
Batum is averaging 11.2 points, 3.8 assists and 3.8 rebounds in five games this season.
