WASHINGTON (AP) _ J.J. Mont threw two touchdown passes to Gharun Hester as Georgetown defeated St. John's 30-7 Saturday. Hester caught TD passes of 75 and 29 yards as Georgetown (3-0) beat St. John's (2-1) for the fifth straight time. Georgetown scored 30 consecutive points against a defense that didn't allow a point in its first two games against Marist and St. Francis of Pennsylvania. St. John's took a 7-0 lead on a 40-yard TD pass from Steven Kalbrerer to Peter Dileo, but Georgetown tied it early in the second quarter when Mont threw a pass that deflected off safety Ken Krapf and into the hands of Hester, who raced 75 yards for a touchdown. On the ensuing kickoff, Georgetown recovered a fumble that set up a 22-yard TD run by Rob Belli. Mont completed 15 of 24 passes for 239 yards, while Kalbrerer was 13-of-35 for 127 yards.
