NORFOLK, Va. (AP) _ Maurice Smith's 75-yard touchdown run triggered a 21-point fourth-quarter burst as North Carolina A&T rallied for a 28-14 victory over Norfolk State Saturday in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference game. The Aggies (3-1, 1-0) and Spartans (1-3, 0-3) were tied 7-7 entering the final period, but Smith's TD put A&T in front for good with 10:53 remaining, and Jason Battle's 25-yard pass to Darius Helton a few minutes later gave the Aggies a 21-7 advantage. Theo Harrison's 4-yard run pulled Norfolk State within a touchdown with 5:07 to go, but Eric Farmer's 1-yard score at the 2:29 mark capped a 6-play, 74-yard drive that sealed the victory for the Aggies.
