(AP) _ Marquel Blackwell completed 15 of 22 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns, and Dyral McMillan ran for 110 yards and a score to lead South Florida past Liberty 28-0 Saturday night. The Bulls (4-2) went 71 yards for a touchdown on their first drive, which was sustained by a pass-interference penalty on third-and-19 from midfield. Six plays later, Blackwell found Scott McCready in the back of the end zone from 5 yards out. South Florida doubled the lead on its next possession. McMillan capped the 82-yard drive with a 1-yard plunge. The Bulls sealed the 10th victory in their last 11 home games with a pair of 4-yard touchdowns _ a run by Jermaine Clemons and a Charlie Jackson pass reception _ in the third quarter. Stacy Nobles had 67 yards on 14 carries for Liberty (3-3), which has lost six straight road games.
