BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) -- Angelina Wolvert didn't miss a shot and scored 15 points to lead Oregon (No. 24 ESPN/USA Today, No. 23 AP) to a 67-51 victory over California on Thursday night.

Wolvert was 6-for-6 from the field and 3-for-3 from the free throw line for the Ducks (11-3) before fouling out.

Nicole Strange made seven of eight shots, mostly mid-range jumpers, as the Ducks took over the game midway through the first half and never let California (5-8) closer than six points after that.

Oregon shot 46 percent from the field, compared to 33 percent for the Bears.

Shavaki Jackson led the Bears with 11 points, while Courtney Johnson scored 10.

Oregon also dominated the boards, finishing with a 42-33 edge. The win was even more impressive considering that Oregon's leading scorer, Shaquala Williams, was just 6-of-18 from the field, including 0-for-7 from beyond the 3-point line.

The Ducks held California to 25 percent shooting in the first half. They held the Bears scoreless for more than six minutes and used a 15-2 run to take a 30-15 lead.

Cal was hurt by the absence of starting point guard Masa Radovic (bad back) and starting forward Ami Forney (leg stress fracture).
