Reves' big night sinks Missouri

LAWRENCE, Kansas (Ticker) -- Brooke Reves made 12-of-15 shots en route to a career-high 28 points and Lynn Pride added 19 points and nine rebounds as Kansas (No. 23 ESPN/USA Today, unranked AP) posted a 90-71 triumph over Big 12 Conference rival Missouri.

Kansas (13-5, 4-2 Big 12) made 15-of-28 shots in the first half in seizing a 40-25 advantage. Suzi Raymant added 17 points and seven rebounds and Jennifer Jackson recorded a career-high eight assists.

Reves had 17 of her points in the second half for the Jayhawks, who made 32-of-59 shots in the contest. Kansas leads the all-time series, 32-23, and has won 10 of the last 12 meetings.

Marlena Williams had 16 points and seven rebounds and Amy Monsees added 15 and nine for Missouri (12-5, 2-4). The Tigers made 16-of-19 free throw attempts but committed 26 turnovers.

The Jayhawks host No. 6 Iowa State on Saturday.
