NORFOLK, Virginia (Ticker) -- Natalie Diaz scored 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting to lead six players in double figures as 15th-ranked Old Dominion rolled to its seventh straight victory, 89-50 over St. John's. Okeisha Howard added 15 points off the bench and Hamchetou Maiga had 13 for the Lady Monarchs (21-4), which took a break from the Colonial Athletic Association, where they own a 96-game winning streak. Playing its second straight game without injured forward Lucienne Berthieu, Old Dominion also got 12 points apiece from Tiffany Thompson and Nicole Bellinghausen and 10 and 11 rebounds from Sharron Francis. The Lady Monarchs shot just under 51 percent (35-of-69) from the field, had a 48-40 rebounding advantage and forced 24 turnovers. Giana Bowles netted 15 points for St. John's (9-16), which shot under 32 percent (21-of-66).
