The Catamounts have senior Karalyn Church to thank for their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1994. Church, among the top 15 scorers in the nation, shot 65.1 percent from the floor in the regular season while averaging 20.1 points and 7.6 rebounds. Although Vermont was able to edge Maine for the regular-season title, a 33-point loss to Colorado State and a 27-point loss to Old Dominion don't bode well for a long stay in the Big Dance.
