Arizona Cardinals to host about 1,200 fans in Week 7

TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Arizona Cardinals will be able to host about 1,200 fans at State Farm Stadium during their next home game against the Seattle Seahawks on Oct. 25, the team announced Friday.

The Cardinals were given permission to allow fans inside the stadium with a retractable roof by the Arizona Department of Health Services. The fans will include friends and family of players, coaches and staff, as well as season-ticket holders based on seniority.

Seats will only be sold in pairs, the team said. The fans will be divided into groups of 600 on each side of the field and spaced out according to social distance guidelines. All seats not in use will be zip-tied, the team said.

Fans will have to wear masks and if they fail to comply, they will be ejected, the team said. All tickets, parking and concessions will be contactless, the team said.

The Cardinals hosted 750 friends and family for their last home game against the Detroit Lions on Sept. 27.

Capacity for State Farm Stadium is 63,400.
