GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Facing a third-and-7 from their own 44 early in the second quarter against the Miami Dolphins, and yet to take a deep shot, the Arizona Cardinals found the situation they were looking for.
Quarterback Kyler Murray, lining up out of shotgun, launched a pass from the Cardinals' 38. He hit wide receiver Christian Kirk, who had a few steps on Dolphins cornerback Byron Jones, in stride for a 56-yard touchdown. Kirk caught it at the 8-yard-line and easily walked it in.
