NFL fashion files: Whose pregame look stopped the show ahead of Week 6 action?

NFL, Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Indianapolis Colts, Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, Tennessee Titans, Cincinnati Bengals, Green Bay Packers

The heart of the NFL season is approaching as its Week 6 unfolds.

Across the pond in London, the Miami Dolphins and Jacksonville Jaguars met to kick off the action. Today's 1 p.m. ET window boasts matchups between division rivals (Green Bay Packers at the Chicago Bears), a pair of 4-1 division leaders (Los Angeles Chargers at Baltimore Ravens) and the league's last unbeaten looking to remain so (5-0 Arizona Cardinals visit Cleveland Browns).

With so much excitement to unpack, there is no doubt players and squads are suiting up in their best pregame threads ahead of taking the field as the stakes rise. Let's check out the looks that stand out best.

Los Angeles Rams

WR DeSean Jackson

Jackson's Rams enter this week leading the NFL in offensive efficiency. The 14-year veteran has caught only seven passes this season but is averaging 30.7 yards per catch, including a 68-yarder 10 days in L.A.'s win over the division rival Seattle Seahawks.

His sneaker choice ahead of today's matchup against the New York Giants could be that of a man ready to give the NFL's 22nd-ranked pass defense fits.

Baltimore Ravens

DE Calais Campbell, WR Rashod Bateman, LB Patrick Queen, CB Marlon Humphrey, QB Lamar Jackson, WR Marquise Brown

Baltimore is seeking its fifth straight win since its season-opening loss against the Las Vegas Raiders. While Lamar Jackson's performance on Monday Night Football last week set several records, Campbell also helped matters by blocking Rodrigo Blankenship's fourth-quarter field goal attempt that helped seal the Ravens' latest victory.

As the fall weather sets in, it appears Campbell & Co. are ready to continue warming up as the Chargers roll into town.

Few players look more ready for a showdown than Marlon Humphrey.

Ravens fans wasted no time showering Jackson with MVP love as he entered M&T Bank Stadium with Brown, who is coming off his second game with 100 receiving yards and a touchdown this season. He had one such game in his career entering this season. Jackson and Brown appear to be bringing in sweater/hoodie season in a big way.

Kansas City Chiefs

QB Patrick Mahomes

Mahomes is hoping to lead his squad to brighter pastures following a rough start. Kansas City is only the eighth team since 2000 with a losing record through five games after losing the Super Bowl. Among those squads, only the 2015 Seattle Seahawks made the playoffs.

Mahomes' six interceptions in 2021 already matches his total from all last season as the Chiefs enter Week 6 tied for the league lead in turnovers (11, Jacksonville Jaguars). Judging by pregame threads and focus in this shot, it appears the 2018 MVP is prepared to get to business and return Kansas City to familiar form.

Los Angeles Chargers

S Derwin James

The All-Pro safety kept it casual ahead of the Chargers' visit against the Baltimore Ravens. Well, as casual as one could be while wearing such an impressive Cuban link with the pregame stunner shades to match ahead of a huge AFC matchup.

Cincinnati Bengals

WR Ja'Marr Chase, CB Chidobe Awuzie

This year's fifth overall pick is the first player in Bengals history to record five receiving touchdowns in their first five career games. With 44 receiving yards against the Detroit Lions on Sunday, he could join Randy Moss as the only players with 500 receiving yards and five receiving touchdowns within a player's first six NFL games.

Such milestones (and Chase's chain of choice) appear reserved only for the rarest of talents.

That being said, Awuzie appears quite ready to give his teammate a run for his money in a battle of the flyest chains of Week 6. His custom piece here is anything but slight work.

Green Bay Packers

RB Aaron Jones

Green Bay's leading rusher has recently embraced the art of rocking a sombrero. Back in September, Jones explained why he became a proud member of the Sombrero Gang, so his choice of hat today should surprise very few fans, but it will impress plenty.

Chicago Bears

WR Marquise Goodwin

The veteran receiver boasts Olympic-caliber speed beyond just the football field. Goodwin's jewelry of choice is an ode to his track and field career, which has seen him win gold in the long jump and 4x100m at the 2008 World Junior Championships in Poland.

Indianapolis Colts

CB Isaiah Rodgers

Ahead of Indy's Week 6 matchup against the Houston Texans, the team's second-year corner is clearly eager to sponge off some good energy as the Colts look to rebound from blowing a 19-point lead against the Ravens last week.

Arizona Cardinals

RB Jonathan Ward, RB Eno Benjamin

Ahead of Arizona seeking to protect its undefeated start to the season, two members of its backfield rolled into FirstEnergy Stadium to face the 3-2 Browns. The Cardinals' 5-0 record signals the team's best start since 1974 (7-0).

Ward and Benjamin did a sound job mixing style with business in these pregame threads.

New England Patriots

RB Damien Harris

Ahead of the Pats hosting the Dallas Cowboys, New England's leading rusher came through with a Boston Red Sox letterman's jacket after the team's 9-5 victory against the Houston Astros Saturday.

The Patriots could use such luck as they seek to avoid their first four-game home losing streak since 1993.
