Detroit Lions RB D'Andre Swift runs through Cleveland Browns' defense for 57-yard touchdown

NFL

CLEVELAND -- Trailing 13-0 on the road, the Detroit Lions needed a spark, and running back D'Andre Swift provided one with a career-long 57-yard rushing touchdown against the Cleveland Browns.

On third-and-8 with 1:55 remaining in the third quarter, Swift took a handoff up the middle and broke away from the Browns' defense for the long TD run.

The run made Swift the first Lions player to log 100 or more rushing yards in consecutive road games since 2004. He had run for a career-best 130 rushing yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday.
