SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Wagner guard Jasmine Nwajei, the leading scorer in Division I women's basketball last season, is transferring to Syracuse, Orange coach Quentin Hillsman announced Tuesday. In three seasons at Wagner, Nwajei set the program record with 2,039 points. She scored a school-record 841 points in 2015-16, averaging 28.7 points to lead the nation and earn Associated Press All-America honorable mention accolades.
