Arizona Wildcats won't play in LA this weekend due to COVID issues

The No. 10 Arizona women's basketball team has postponed its weekend Pac-12 games in Los Angeles because of COVID-19 protocol within the Wildcats' program.

Arizona was scheduled to play USC on Friday and No. 5 UCLA on Sunday. Instead, the Los Angeles schools will face only Arizona State this weekend.

The Sun Devils went through their own COVID-19 pause earlier this month, as they had four games postponed. Arizona State returned to action Jan. 22.

One other Pac-12 women's program is currently on pause: Cal, which hasn't played since Jan. 15, isn't scheduled to play again until Feb. 5.
