Maryland native Devon Branch (Cloud County C.C.) put an end to his recruitment on Sunday with a verbal pledge to Oregon, the Baltimore Sun is reporting. Branch also held offers from Rutgers, Kansas State and Virginia Tech but the Ducks were on him early in the process.
