TUCSON, Arizona (Ticker) -- Omar Daal tossed four scoreless innings and Damian Miller fueled a five-run second-inning outburst with a two-run double as the Arizona Diamondbacks posted a 5-4 victory over the Chicago White Sox in a split squad Cactus League battle. Daal yielded just two hits in his strongest outing of the spring and Byung Hyun Kim notched his second save despite yielding two runs in the ninth. Reserve shortstop Danny Klassen went 2-for-4 with two RBI and Lenny Harris also drove in a run for the Diamondbacks, who roughed up Chicago starter Aaron Sele for five runs and seven hits over three innings. Jose Valentin, Magglio Ordonez, Steve Gibralter and Craig Wilson had two hits apiece for the White Sox, who got five innings of shutout relief from Aaron Myette, Mark Buehrle, Scott Eyre and Jason Secoda.
