It has been a frustrating season in Chapel Hill. The Tar Heels have seen the end of several home winning streaks, and some even said they were a bubble team. But the 'Heels have attended the Big Dance every year since 1974, and they're not about to start missing it now.

North Carolina is young, but the key to its tournament success will come from upperclassmen Brendan Haywood (a junior) and Ed Cota (a senior)
