Oklahoma State has been impressive this season in the tough Big 12 conference, spending most of the season at or near the top of the standings. The main reason for that is Sutton's Seniors. Coach Eddie Sutton starts four or five seniors, and six of his top seven scorers are seniors.

That senior leadership might be just what O-State needs to make a run in the tournament like it did in 1995. The 'Boys started four seniors that year.

(A) Senior Doug Gottleib (44) is one of the top assist men in the NCAA, and he loves to serve up the dime to his teammates.
(B) O-State has a lot of interchangeable parts, but senior Desmond Mason (34) is probably the hardest to replace. He leads the team in scoring, and he can knock down the triple.

(C) Senior Brian Montonati (30) is the Cowboys' leading rebounder, but he's also a threat from 3-point range. Defenses have to stay honest when he pops out above the free-throw line.
(D) Gottleib (44) gets the ball on the wing, which makes everyone a scoring option. Most likely, he'll look to another senior for the finish the job, with Montonati and Mason (34) the prime candidates.
