Dartmouth tops Brown 66-63 on Knight's career night

HANOVER, N.H. -- Chris Knight scored a career-high 18 points with eight rebounds and three blocks and Dartmouth beat Brown 66-63 on Saturday night for its second win in 12 games.

Taylor Johnson and Miles Wright scored 15 points apiece for the Big Green (6-17, 2-8 Ivy League), which led 37-34 at halftime despite going without a field goal for 5 1/2 minutes.

Desmond Cambridge and Brandon Anderson each hit 3s amid a 12-3 run and Brown led 44-38 on Zach Hunsaker's layup. The lead traded hands until Knight scored six straight for a 62-58 lead with 1:39 left. Anderson's 3 made it a one-point game, but Wright's layup in the paint with 1:01 left gave Dartmouth a 64-61 lead.

Brown closed on Zach Hunsaker's free throws, but missed three shots before the buzzer. Knight iced it with two from the line.

Cambridge scored 13 points, Tamenang Choh and Anderson had 11 each, and Hunsaker 10 for the Bears (11-12, 4-6).
