MARYVALE, Arizona (Ticker) -- Jeromy Burnitz slugged a grand slam and Marquis Grissom had a three-run shot, leading a split squad of Milwaukee Brewers to a 15-6 pounding of the San Francisco Giants in a Cactus League game. Burnitz's homer came off loser Rich Vogelsang in the Brewers' seven-run first inning. He finished the day with three hits, five RBI and two runs scored. Grissom connected on his shot, his third homer of the spring, off reliever Ryan Jensen in Milwaukee's five-run second. He had two hits, four RBI, two runs scored and two stolen bases. Geoff Jenkins added a solo homer and scored three runs for the Brewers, who had 15 hits. Jason Bere worked five innings, giving up four hits and four runs, walking four and striking out two to notch the win. Vogelsang gave up 10 runs, all of them earned, seven hits and faced 18 batters in 1 1/3 innings. He walked three and struck out one. Giants Barry Bonds, J.T. Snow and Ellis Burks all had solo homers off Bere. Snow had two hits, the only Giant with more than one.
