Brora dream dies

East Fife put their poor Scottish League Two form behind them when twice coming from behind to beat Highland League champions Brora 3-2 at Dudgeon Park in the Petrofac Training Cup.Rangers took a surprise lead when Steven Mackay scored from close range after 29 minutes, but the Fifers were level five minutes later when Jon McShane struck from the penalty spot after Andrew Greig brought down Fraser Mullen. The home fans were back on their feet soon afterwards, though, when Zander Sutherland followed up his hat-trick against League One Stenhousemuir in round one by putting Brora back in front with a low drive, only for McShane to level again with a fine finish into the top corner just before the break.East Fife made early changes in the second period, with all three substitutes on just after the hour mark, and the visitors edged ahead for the first time in the 86th minute when Nathan Austin bagged the winner from Ross Brown's corner.
