East Fife beat East Stirling in heated eight-goal thriller

East Fife came out 5-3 on top against East Stirling in a topsy-turvy Scottish League Two clash which saw three players sent off at the Bayview Stadium.The lead changed hands four times after Kyle Wilkie headed the home side into an 11th-minute lead but goals from Ross Gilmour and Reece Donaldson - two more headers - turned the score in East Stirling's favour before the break.Jamie Insall fired home Gary Naysmith's corner after 54 minutes to level for the hosts a minute before he was show a straight red card for a foul on Reece Donaldson to leave the Fifers with 10 men.The Shire's Reece Donaldson equalised Nathan Austin's strike just after the hour to make it 3-3 before Pat Slattery slotted in Jonathan Page's assist two minutes later.But the drama was not over yet as the away side lost Donaldson and Aron Lynas to red cards - both for a second bookable offences - while Austin netted his second and his side's fifth as East Fife moved up to second.
