Sources: NCAA plan to pay off settlement irks non-Power 5 schools
Several smaller-revenue leagues have pushed back against the NCAA over its plan to cut back on distribution to leagues in order to pay the expected settlement of the landmark House v. NCAA lawsuit and other related anti-trust cases, sources told ESPN.
