NEWARK, N.J. -- — Al-Amir Dawes scored a career-high 26 points, including a go-ahead 3-pointer in overtime, as Seton Hall knocked off Saint Joseph's 75-72 on Wednesday night in the NIT.

Dawes had 10 rebounds for the Pirates (21-12). Dylan Addae-Wusu scored 18 points while shooting 6 for 12 (3 for 7 from 3-point range) and 3 of 4 from the free-throw line and added six rebounds and three steals. Dre Davis had 14 points and shot 5 of 17 from the field, including 0 for 4 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 4 from the line.

The Hawks (21-14) were led by Erik Reynolds II, who recorded 27 points and three steals. Christ Essandoko added 14 points and eight rebounds for Saint Joseph's. Xzayvier Brown finished with 13 points, six rebounds and 10 assists.

Addae-Wusu scored 13 points in the first half for Seton Hall, who trailed 40-37 at halftime. Dawes scored 15 second-half points and hit the game-tying 3-pointer with 30 seconds remaining in regulation.
