ESPN 100 point guard Jalen Brunson (No. 23 overall) officially signed his letter of intent with Villanova on Wednesday, the school announced, as the early signing period got underway.
"Jalen is a dynamic guard and the son of two outstanding college athletes in Sandra and Rick Brunson," Villanova head coach Jay Wright told the school's website. "He is an elite student and he will bring energy and passion to the court and classroom at Villanova."
Joining Brunson in Philadelphia next season will be two four-star prospects: power forward Tim Delaney and shooting guard Donte DiVincenzo.
"Tim is an outstanding young man who has size, skill and a great basketball IQ," Wright added. "Donte DiVincenzo is one of the most heralded players to come out of Delaware in a long time. We're so excited to welcome this class to the Villanova family."
