Guard Tyree Bynum (Lansdowne, Pa./Penn Wood) will be heading south next fall after committing to Texas Southern, multiple sources report.

Bynum also had offers from Alabama A&M, Florida Atlantic, Grambling State, Long Beach State, Portland State and Utah State.

The 5-foot-10 guard averaged 10.9 points, 2.2 assists and 1.2 steals per game last season.
