According to multiple reports, Arkansas head coach Mike Anderson landed a verbal commitment from junior center Trey Thompson (Madison, Ark./Forrest City) on Thursday.

The 6-foot-9 Thompson was garnering interest from Florida, Memphis, Florida State and Mississippi State. He joins fellow in-state prospect Anton Beard (North Little Rock, Ark./Parkview) as Class of 2014 commitments for the Razorbacks.
