Robin Singh's goal gave Delhi Dynamos their first ever win over table-topping FC Goa as they took a 1-0 advantage in the first leg of the Indian Super League semifinal on Friday.

Goa had beaten Delhi in all four of their previous meetings, including a 3-2 win only five days ago -- but the fourth-seeded team prevailed in their home leg.

The breakthrough came three minutes before half-time as Delhi's Gustavo dos Santos won the ball on the right and Anderson Chicao swung in a cross.

Singh outmuscled Lucio, and his downward header beat Laxmikant Kattimani.

Delhi had chances to increase their lead after the break, but Kattimani withstood the pressure to keep the deficit at only one goal ahead of the return leg on Tuesday.
