Angers get past Guingamp to reach Coupe de France final

Angers goalkeeper Alexandre Letellier saved a penalty in the 89th minute to help his side reach the Coupe de France final with a 2-0 win over Guingamp.

Thomas Mangani had given the home side the lead in the 38th minute, but Guingamp, who won the cup in 2009 and 2014, were handed a questionable lifeline when Angers' Cheikh Ndoye was whistled for handling a cross.

But Letellier pushed Jimmy Briand's spot-kick onto the post, and Karl Toko Ekambi added a second goal in stoppage time to seal it.

Angers will play in their first final in 60 years, against the winners of Wednesday's other semifinal between Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain.
