Contreras held out of Red Sox lineup for concussion testing
The Boston Red Sox held All-Star Willson Contreras, 34, out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers, after he was hit by a pitch on the side of the helmet in the third inning of Friday's win and was sent for concussion testing.
