Analyzing U-M's recruiting strategy

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan coach Brady Hoke's recruiting philosophy is simple: The Wolverines need to draw top talent from their region (what he defines as within five hours driving distance of Ann Arbor), but they also need to snag top talent from around the nation to compete at the elite level.
