That's all from out side for this game. See you soon.
Faf du Plessis: All the batters got a chance to bat, all the bowlers got a chance to bowl. So a good day for us. Phehlukwayo is a wicket-taker. Fifty overs feel a bit long after the IPL. Quinton de Kock not batting was just a rest.
Dimuth Karunaratne: I think it was a good target but unfortunately we didn't get a good start. South Africa has a good bowling line-up, so we had to bat long. I stuck to my basics and that's why I could get some runs. Once you get set, you can get some runs. They both [Fernando and Udana] are fine. They will be playing the next match.
6.13pm South Africa would be happy with their effort. Amla looked alright during his fifty, while du Plessis scored a breezy 88 before Morris ensured South Africa ended with a flourish. Then Ngidi rocked the chase with two quick wickets. Karunaratne and Mathews scored half-centuries to put the chase back on track but Phehlukwayo's four wickets dashed their hopes. Moreover, Avishka Fernando hurt his ankle while fielding and Isuru Udana was struck on the right wrist. Sri Lanka will be hoping none of the injuries are serious.
