Brandon "Dashy" Otell joined the Chicago Huntsmen on Monday, the team announced.

The Huntsmen celebrated Dashy's arrival with a "Welcome back" post on Twitter, calling back to Dashy's time on OpTic Gaming, where he played for then-OpTic owner and current Chicago Huntsmen CEO Hector "H3CZ" Rodriguez alongside former OpTic and current Huntsmen pro, Seth "Scump" Abner.

On the Huntsmen, Dashy will reunite with Scump and join substitute Jordan "General" General along with 2020 starters Matthew "FormaL" Piper and Dylan "Envoy" Hannon, whose contracts were all recently extended according to the Call of Duty League website. The presumed 2021 starting lineup for Black Ops: Cold War will be Scump, FormaL, Envoy, and Dashy. On his own Twitter post, Dashy thanked the other three and said that he can't wait to be the best possible player/teammate for them.

This likely marks the end of major roster changes for Chicago, who previously released Alec "Arcitys" Sanderson, Preston "Prestinni" Sanderson, and Pierce "Gunless" Hillman last week.

Dashy was benched in the middle of the 2020 season when Darien "Hollow" Chverchko and Zach "Drazah" Jordan joined the team. More recently in the 2020 Call of Duty League Championships, Dashy came off of the bench to replace Kenny "Kuavo" Williams in a crucial Map 5 after Kuavo experienced internet issues, helping advance OpTic to the next round of the lower bracket.

The Chicago Huntsmen finished fourth overall in the regular season standings and third overall at champs after losing to the Atlanta FaZe in the losers' bracket finals.
