Fantasy baseball trade report: How the biggest moves impact your fantasy team

The MLB trade deadline has now come and gone and boy, was it a busy one. Several playoff-bound teams did their best to fill any gaps on their rosters, while several non-contenders went "all in" on the future, sending off stars for a gaggle of future prospects.

Eric Karabell was following all the moves as they happened and has outlined everything you need to know about each major move from a fantasy perspective.

Angels trade Raisel Iglesias to Braves

Iglesias has been a fantasy fixture for a long time and he ranks eighth among active pitchers with 156 saves. However, Atlanta has the No. 2 active closer in Kenley Jansen and, unless he is hurt again, do not expect Iglesias to save games the rest of this season. This is a very big deal in fantasy, obviously, as Iglesias is rostered in 88% of ESPN standard leagues, and much of his value is now gone. A healthy Jansen is entrenched as closer.
