Given that these are rest-of-season rankings, typically there is minimal movement on a week-to-week basis. Most players shift a few spots up or down, at most.

Sometimes, though, certain players make a giant move. This week, we saw that happen with Philadelphia's Jimmy Butler and Atlanta's John Collins.

Butler averaged 38.0 points during the past two games, playing 38.5 minutes per game in those contests, while making big contributions in rebounds, assists, steals, blocks and 3s. His role and his minutes are increasing, which may hurt Joel Embiid's value a bit but it has bumped Butler up seven spots to No. 17 this week.

Collins missed the opening month of the season with an ankle injury, but you'd never know it by the way he's playing. The second-year big man, drafted 19th overall last June, looks to be one of the best picks of the 2017 NBA draft. While not a huge force on defense at this stage of his career, Collins is getting it done on offense and has ramped up his rebounding efforts as well, averaging 21.6 PPG and 11.6 RPG while shooting 61.8 percent during the past five games.

He shoots the 3-ball, he makes his free throws (77.4 percent this season), and he will get plenty of opportunity to team with Trae Young as the face of the Hawks all season. From a fantasy perspective, Collins does a lot of the same things as Indiana's Domantas Sabonis, only better. He isn't just a top-50 player if he keeps playing like this; he's a top-35 player.

Washington SG Bradley Beal (30), Sacramento PG De'Aaron Fox (42), Indiana's Sabonis (60), Miami PG Goran Dragic (70), Utah PG Ricky Rubio (77) and Minnesota's Derrick Rose (79) are among other risers this week due to their impressive play.

Newcomers this week include Juan Hernangomez (91), who is suddenly playing extended minutes in Denver, as well as Phoenix's Josh Jackson (120), Miami's Bam Adebayo (121) and Cleveland's Alec Burks (126).

On the flip side, Nuggets PF Paul Millsap, whose broken toe is expected to keep him sidelined for an extended period, drops out of the rankings this week.

Among other notable "fallers" are John Wall (24), Devin Booker (38), Zach LaVine (49) and Nikola Mirotic (54).
