Korver deserves All-Star selection

The Atlanta Hawks have been lighting up the NBA for two months now, and when they visited Chicago over the weekend everyone was wondering whom Atlanta will send to the All-Star Game. No one really had a good answer for the question. Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau rattled off the entire Atlanta starting lineup. Kyle Korver was asked about it after the Hawks breezed to their 12th straight win, and after pausing to consider it, he asked the reporter, "Who would you send?"

It's a tough question. At 33, Korver is in his 12th season and has never played in an All-Star Game. He probably has never merited serious consideration for the honor. But I want to make a subjective observation: Korver might be the most fun player in the league to watch right now. And I think he's an All-Star.
