England will be without Billy Vunipola for the autumn internationals after he fractured his arm in Saracens' win over Glasgow Warriors at the weekend.

This is now the third time the No.8 has suffered this injury in 10 months, though on the two previous occasions it was in his right arm. The latest setback on the left arm will see him sidelined for 12 weeks, meaning he will miss the end-of-year Tests.

Saracens and England will also be waiting on Nick Isiekwe's fitness after he suffered an ankle sprain in the game at Glasgow while Mako Vunipola's progress will be monitored after he strained his calf.

The news around Vunipola will make grim reading for Eddie Jones whose options at No.8 are dwindling ahead of their four-Test November programme. Sam Simmonds is already ruled out while Nathan Hughes is expected to pick up a suspension with his hearing on Wednesday.
