East Fife had three men sent off as they exited the Scottish Cup at the third-round stage after losing 3-2 to Berwick in an entertaining contest.Jamie Beaton, Allan Walker and Caolan McAleer were dismissed before the end, all in the final 15 minutes, after four goals in the first period alone.Berwick had the early chances and Craig Dargo gave them the lead with his first goal for the club 10 minutes in, only for Scott Smith to equalise with a free-kick two minutes later.Dargo bagged his second of the game 10 minutes before the break as the away side's dominance told, yet they were pegged back again as Allan Walker brought a thrilling first half to a close by heading in Smith's corner to make it 2-2.The away side led again for the third and final time when Lee Currie converted a penalty early in the second period.Walker's foul in the area on Paul Willis began a period of indiscipline for the visitors, who picked up four yellow cards in the second half to go with the late dismissals of Beaton, Walker and McAleer
