Forfar held at home

Forfar failed to win at home in Scottish League One for the first time this season as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Stranraer at Station Park. The visitors got off to a flying start when a first-minute cross from William Gibson was headed into the top-left corner by Sean Winter, who was scoring for the third straight league game. However, Forfar were level just before half-time when Dale Hilson fired in a left-foot shot from outside the area to make it five goals in as many games for the forward.Hilson missed a couple of good chances in the second period, while Chris Aitken went close for Stranraer, but both in-form sides had to settle for a point.
