Greenhill ends Stirling drought

David Greenhill's strike was enough to earn East Stirling just their second away win since October, emerging 1-0 victors at Montrose. The midfielder's right-footed finish just before the hour mark ended a run of four straight defeats for the visitors and gave Craig Tully's men a huge morale boost. They could have been celebrating a more comfortable victory had Ross Gilmour's effort not been tipped over his crossbar by Stuart McKenzie with 22 minutes to go.Ross McCord could have sent Montrose into the break a goal up only to fire over the bar in first-half added time.Terry Masson and Paul Harkins also found their radars just off and their struggling side have now gone six matches in all competitions since they last picked up three points.
