McKenna spot on for strugglers
David McKenna's late penalty earned struggling East Stirling a narrow 1-0 win over Elgin at Ochilview Park.Stirling goalkeeper Richard Barnard was alert to parry away Craig Thomson's effort from the edge of the area midway through the first half.City's Chris Townsley then saw his header flash over the crossbar before midfielder Neil McCabe's dipping 25-yard volley narrowly missed the target at the other end.Elgin pushed for a winner and midfielder Craig Thomson was unlucky to see his effort from the edge of the area bounce wide. However, it was the hosts who snatched all three points in the 86th minute through striker McKenna after substitute Brian Cameron handled in the box to give Stirling their first home win of 2015.
